A Job Well Done

I have taken the time to write this letter to show appreciation for a job well done.

The Salesman (Lex) and all the tradesmen involved worked in a very professional and safe manner. We had an issue with the noise of the unit when it was first installed. With a quick response from your staff and some modification the problem has been resolved.

People are quick to complain when they are not satisfied with the outcome and you seldom hear from those who are pleased. I would like to pass on my husband’s and my thanks to all staff involved.. We have no hesitation in recommending your company to our family and friends.

The unit is now as quiet as a mouse and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Installation of New Split System - Daikin Alira

Acclaim Airconditioning fitted a Daikin Alira to our main bedroom the service and installation was excellent, the bedroom faces the south west and the afternoon sun heat is extreme during summer so the telephone activation that the Daikin Alira has before we arrive home is a bonus.
