Redland Bay has a growing bayside residential community and boasts significant rural and conservation areas which gives you a real country feel. This newly built residential building in Redland Bay called Wayfarer has 33 low-rise apartments. 

Acclaim Air Conditioning installed and supplied the air and exhaust system of its spacious basement carpark. Provided ducted systems on its common area and built VRV ducted air conditioning systems (toilet, laundry and kitchen exhaust systems) -- this advanced technology allows them to be highly energy efficient and to provide optimal cooling for any space.
